New sidebar layout
 : The UI has been fully reorganized around a sidebar that surfaces palette management, AI generation, image extraction, color wheel harmonization, and Color Lovers exploration as first-class tools.
Simplified palette creation
 : The dedicated "Create palette" service has been replaced by a unified management service, allowing creation and color additions in a single flow — removing the step-by-step creation → verification → editing process.

Synchronize with tokens
 : Create and update design tokens directly from your palette using Penpot's plugin API. Tokens can be generated with or without themes and are fully decoupled from the palette. A preference option allows tokens no longer linked to the palette to be automatically removed from their sets. · ⁵

💳 Credit-based palette creation
100 credits per palette
 : Palette creation now costs 100 credits. In return, the one-palette-per-page/document limit has been removed — you can create as many palettes as needed in any context.

Flex properties overridden in document generation
